Forms Completion Clinic at Supreme Court Library

Nevada Legal Services will hold a self-help forms completion clinic next Tuesday, June 12 for people who are filing without legal representation.  General instruction will be provided regarding the completion of self-help forms.  A Notary Public will be available.  Register by calling 775-284-3491 x214.  The clinic will be held from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. in Room 107 of the Supreme Court Library, 201 S. Carson Street.  Please use the Stewart Street entrance to the Supreme Court.  This program will be repeated each month on the second Tuesday.

  1. This increases the confidence of clients since they are sure that their documents are handled by an unbiased notary signing agent.

    appoints notaries public. See the SOS website for information on becoming a notary.

    To find a notary, you might check the Yellow Pages or inquire at your local bank. Many office supply and copy companies such as FedEx Kinkos, the UPS Store, and Office Depot offer notary services.

  3. Where can I find out how to subpoena documents from the respondent in my case that I have on appeal? I am an in proper person appellant.
